The base engine in the 2021 Jeep Wrangler is a 3.6-liter V6 that offers 285 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque. You can also get a turbocharged 2.0-liter, four-cylinder engine that produces 270 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque or a 3.0-liter V6 diesel engine with 260 horsepower and 442 lb-ft of torque.

Finally, there’s a plug-in hybrid model that consists of a turbocharged 2.0-liter, four-cylinder engine and two electric motors. These combine to generate 375 horsepower and 470 lb-ft of torque. A six-speed manual transmission is standard, but an eight-speed automatic is available, and the latter is standard with the turbo-4 and diesel engines. Four-wheel drive is also standard, giving the Jeep Wrangler fantastic traction, on or off paved roads.

Interior

If you go with the two-door Jeep Wrangler, you will have room for four people; the four-door setup fits up to five people. Cloth upholstery is standard, but leather is available. Other extras include heated front seats and a heated steering wheel.
